Michael Brusca is a dedicated nursing home neglect and abuse attorney, and has dedicated his practice to this since 2009. He is a partner at Davis & Brusca Trial Lawyers and is currently serving on the Executive Board of the national Nursing Home Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice. He has had his writings published in many respected magazines, including the New Jersey Law Journal and “Trial,” the attorney magazine published and disseminated nationally by the American Association for Justice. He also travels across the United States to lecture and teach other nursing home attorneys how to prosecute nursing home abuse and neglect cases the correct way to have the greatest chance at gaining clients’ compensation.

Michael is incredibly passionate about what he does, and has had personal experience with what it is like to see a loved one struggle and ultimately pass away due to abuse in a place that was supposed to take care of them. He can relate to his clients and will try his best to get compensation for the pain and suffering that took place, and for the money that was spent on care that didn’t happen.

In the past, Michael was in the United States Air Force and worked all around the world as a Judge Advocate. He tried cases in many different countries, including Japan, Kuwait, and Qatar. Michael was also lead counsel in the historic case in New Jersey, Dwyer v. Harborview. This case generated the largest nursing home verdict in New Jersey to date, and even though it ended up settling for another amount on appeal, it set new precedents for nursing home law in the courtroom. Michael wants to change the world for the better through his work as a Cherry Hill, NJ nursing home lawyer, and has done just that throughout the course of his career. He plans to continue doing so at his firm.
